Dishonest Dealership

After we purchased our vehicle, we drove it home with every confidence that AutoSavvy had been true to their word. Instead the car had not been fully inspected and/or disclosed as promised. The tires were worn through the steel belt and were rotated so that this faced the interior and out of sight. The alignment was severely out of whack. We drove close to 4.5 hours and the road noise increased dramatically. The tire shop could not believe what they saw! The steel belt on two tires was completely worn through on the inside. We contacted AutoSavvy and they quickly worked to remedy the situation, promising repayment for the new tires and alignment, and a small apology for putting us at harm's risk. It has been over two months and we haven't seen anything in the form of a refund, though we have been in communication and were told it was sent it to the finance department. We also had to purchase a second key from the orignal car's auto dealer and they informed us of a severe leak on the front pinion, also not disclosed by AutoSavvy. AutoSavvy promised the use of a tracking system and we were thrilled to have this service, yet once the car was purchased it was removed from our service, though we were told it would be available at no extra cost to us. We knew we were buying a branded title but we should never have trusted that AutoSavvy would hold true to their word. You will get promises they do not intend to keep. If you are considering this dealership I would absolutely insist on a authorized dealer inspection before purchasing. AutoSavvy is not a dealership you can trust.

This place is a scam!

This has been the worst experience with a dealership I’ve ever had! I feel like this place is a scam. We have been waiting to get our warranty money refunded and it’s been two months. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls or emails. It’s like they are pocketing the money and just ignoring people. I definitely would not recommend this place.

I don't live close to this dealership but was hoping to

I don't live close to this dealership but was hoping to work out some pre-deal information before attempting to make a 400+ miles trip. I was just wanting to make sure the trip was worth my time and money. I was treated like I was stupid and talked to in such a condescending tone by the salesman that answered my email, that I refuse to work with this dealership at all. I expected some sort of apology when I called the salesman out on his behavior, but instead, he ghosted the situation. Apparently, when you have this many locations, you don't have to worry about every customer because there will always be another right behind that one. It was sad too because they had such a good selection of vehicles, but when the selection of salesman is poor, all the cars in the world won't save you any.

This dealership really puts there customers first! The Staff is so kind, Its a refreshing change compared to your average dealership they make you feel like your talking to a friend rather then a business transaction

Rip Off

Rick is awesome, BUT the manager is not. They were seriously trying to rip us off!!! Would paint the bumper which would cost us $1000, wouldn’t give me money for the brand new tires on my car, and refused to help get our payment down $20. I have bought 2 cars from them before under different/better management!
