ADI Autosport is running a huge scam on the public. Another person posted the same thing, and I believed him because the same thing just happened to me. Two days ago. Please stay away from this dealership. They Refuse the third party pre-purchase inspection that I had schedule for last Friday. There are expecting me to buy the vehicle without inspecting it. Poor business practice. Stay away ADI Autosport dealership. Please people stay away. When life gives you lemon make lemonade. They are selling lemons.

I spoke to Michael regarding one of the cars he has for sale. I scheduled a third party pre-purchase inspection. But it would not allow me to inspect the car before I buy. They also raised the price of the car to discourage me from inspecting the vehicle. They are selling lemon and rotten fish to the public. They also keep running my credit without my consent. I'm going to contact the authorities and the Better Business Bureau to lay their complaint. Business owner like this are a complete Danger to the public!! Please never consider buy a car from Adi Autosport. They are all Crooks and thieves.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. My brother purchased a 2013 ML550 from ADI Autosport yesterday and is already having problems. This is a very shady practice with equally shady individuals working here. We were assured that this small “family owned and transparent” business inspected their vehicles before sale and any safety related issues were solved. Given my trust and respect for small business we moved forward with the transaction. Upon leaving the dealer, there was a large suspension noise that got worse and worse when driving home. We decided to take the vehicle in and they found two large oil leaks as well as some suspension issues. When we reached out to our sales advisor, she rudely stated something to the tune of the deal is over, you signed the as is agreement, and that’s it. Now we’re $2400 down, the day after purchasing the vehicle with two safety issues that were supposedly inspected. When I asked to the inspection sheet, she reported that they don’t have one and that the owner is the only one who knows what was done to the vehicle, but he’s conveniently out for an undisclosed amount of time. Yes, he signed the agreement and bought the vehicle as is, but this shows how low class of a dealer this place truly is—no sorry, or let’s see how we can work this out, just cold, rude, and pathetic behavior from what I thought was a well established dealer. Very disappointed and would never recommend buying any sort of vehicle from ADI Autosport.

We were looking for a car for my son and since we are Audi family (A4, SQ5, S7) we decided to check S4 first. We didn’t find any cars locally, so we drove an hour to ADI to check their car. Before we had an opportunity to test drive the car, I was aggressively pressured with questions how I would pay for this car today. When I said that we are not buying it today because we want to compare it with other options, the sale person refused to let us any test drives and we left. Very disappointing treatment of a potential buyer, who in fact could buy any car on their lot (even new). I added one more star, just for fun, because we were allowed to open and sit in the car.

As with any used car purchase, make sure you have your mechanic check the car before you buy. Have them go over EVERYTHING. If there are repairs needed, have YOUR MECHANIC do them.

Not only did I get a great BMW 750i xDrive for my wife, but Tom performed the process remotely from Denver to Henderson, NV along with shipping the vehicle. Can't say enough about Tom and the team!

Went in to look at a Subaru Impreza, felt very well taken care of and very welcomed! I worked with Rob, he made the process super easy and fast! They took amazing care of me. I would highly recommend them, and they have a customer for life!

I was shopping for a Honda Element specificly and found ADI had one that caught my eye. Shiny, fast, with lots of modifications and upgrades. NS was my sales guy and he was fair, helpful, good negotiations with no pressure. With this Honda Element, NS recomended purchasing a extended warranty. Glad that happened.... Two weeks after buying the car, the engine failed and died. I called ADI and they paid to have it towed to the closest Honda Dealer to be checked out. Low and behold, all of the modifications made to make it perform so well, caused the premature failure of the engine. Sooo.... The Warranty company opted to Not cover anything due to "Modifications". Here is where Tom the owner comes in. He arranged a to get the money back from the warranty company and applied it towards replacing the entire engine. The only drawback, was that I was without my car for roughly a month. After getting my car back from Honda, the high end stereo no longer worked. ADI sent a stereo guy up to my house to check it out. The stereo guy offered me a choice and installed a new one for a nominal price. Whew ! The end result has been trouble free driving ever since. Things to remember, These guys are selling used cars, Not New cars. Even New cars have issues and as far as car dealers go. These guys do their best to do people right. Thank You.
