I worked with an individual named Rob. I traded in a 2013 Ford Raptor and a 2012 Ducati Monster for a 2010 Porsche Panamera. I purchased a 2007 Saab Aero from ADI sight unseen and over the phone. These guys held the car for me until I flew in from Salt Lake to pick it up. Here's where it went bad: the car nattery was dead and the door lock didnt work. Here's what they did: called a locksmith, opened the door and charged the battery. They said they would put a brand new battery in ot if I wanted. The salesman joined me for a testdrive so I could kick the tires until I knew everything was good. The owner of the dealership did conducted a safety inspection with me because they wanted me to feel comfortable driving this car 500 miles. Before I left, they detailed the car, checked tire pressure, and gave me two bottles of water for the road. The people at the dealership were extremely nice and honest. They made me feel like my business was important. I woud do business with them again. The only thing they could have done better: picked me up from the airport or sent a car to get me since i did buy a car. Also, they charged me a fealer fee but this was included in the advertised price ao it wasnt a surprise. Normally, i would get angry at the dealer fee, but the price was just too good for me to care. These guys are great. I give them five stars and i hate sales people.

Recently my husband and I embarked on a journey to purchase a new vehicle for me. We came across an excellent deal on a used Jeep Grand Cherokee ADI Autosport was advertising on their website. We conveyed to Rob what we wanted, what we could do and gave him all of our pertinent financial information in order to procure the vehicle. I don't understand why people from other countries think they are the best sales man in the world. I'll never buy or recommend this dealership to anyone. The sales man was so mean and rude to us. We were trying to buy a truck after test driving a car we decided to check another car, the sales man said to us " are you guys gonna buy a car or you gonna waste people's time? " then we told him if you want give us attitude, no we not gonna buy any car. He even did not show us the other car. And we left.

I bought a 2007 Chevy Avalanche. This is the only vehicle I was willing to finance. These trucks used are Very expensive. I literally was looking for 3 months. I went to so many dealerships. Even the big guys like actual Cevy dealerships. There is one right across the street. But vehicles were not in good running condition. Then I found my dream truck at the big chevy dealership. They could not get my interest lower than 5.9?. Again I had to walk away. That was the 4th time. But I am a smart consumer. Then on a Sunday I was driving by ADI and there is was the Avalanche of my dreams. I called on Wednesday went on Saturday to test drive and bam! The vehicle passes my mechanics seal of approval. These guys got me a 2.9% interest rate without blinking an eye. The was final and then a UPS driver backed into me! I caaled Rob at ADI he gave me a federal. These guys are super easy no hassle really is true! I can't wait to pay off this truck to go get my convertible there. If you want the best overall everything hit these guys up first.

I purchased an Audi A8L from Rob 30 days ago and I have to say it was the best car buying experience ever. The car was just as they advertised it and exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure at any time during the transaction and my wife and I were in and out in less than 2 hours.

I just moved to Colorado and after having no luck anywhere and dealing with less than reputable people and dealerships I found ADI Autosport. They are by far the best car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom and Rob are outstanding in their approach to customer service as well as knowledge of the business. They have been the only bright spot in a very dark beginning to living in Colorado. They have a customer for life in me and I will not go anywhere else. From the time I sent the first email, until I drove away in my car they walked me through each step and were prepared to answer any questions I have. It is very rare that you find people like this in the car industry anymore. I am happy to say I purchased a vehicle from them and will continue to do so.
