Darlene was great to work with to find a used car. She went above and beyond in my appointment to make the cars I was interested in were ready to test drive, and even tracked down a car that was so new that it was at the detail shop waiting to be detailed before being put in the lot. She also offered thoughtful opinions in comparing the performance, costs, and features of both cars too. At the end of the day I felt very comfortable with my decision, and a big part of that was feeling at ease throughout the process.

Gary and Tom were both very friendly and helpful when I came to the dealership and in follow-up emails afterwards. No hard-sell tactics, they just answered my questions and handled dealing with the DMV and insurance company for me smoothly.
