Elena and Miles were very easy to deal with. The car came in on time and Miles was helpful in getting me in an out quickly with a new car.

This is a well organized dealership. Knew what I wanted and was able to drive off in one business day. The staff stayed in communication throughout the whole process and were very personable.

It was a pleasure dealing with Chris. He was helpful, informative, direct and had good follow-up. Plus he got his dealership to match best deal I could find in market, which saved me from travelling some distance for a better deal. And the cherry on top: he was great with my 11 year old, and that goes a long way with me.

The leasing process was very straightforward, thorough, yet quick and efficient. Diana was great, very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and personable at the same time. She went over all possible options and recommended what met our needs and price targets. Tom in finance was extremely thorough and took time to answer all our concerns. Overall, it was very easy and pleasant experience. Five-star dealership!

Great customer service performed by Sam Moskow!! Amazing - we were offered a car the day of our visit by my daughter and myself - daughter Lori drove it away the next day. A perfect match!!! Hat’s off to Sam. By the way - that next day was Sam’s day off - but he came in to serve us to complete the sale. He ended the day by providing a half a tank of gasoline and taking our picture. I was so stressed from hearing that my 2002 Ford Escape was pretty much done with and the frame had rusted and was told my mechanic not to put any more money into it. But, my mechanic named Brian told me about "the Subaru preowned lot on Main Avenue across from the old Dunkin' Donuts". So with limited funds I went with my Dad this past Wednesday after work. From the moment we walked in we were met with friendly faces happy to help. Then we met Sam. He sat us down and asked what I was looking for. He showed us many options, but I really like the 2019 Forester. We went for a ride and that was it...perfect for me. Price, size, all wheel drive...everything perfect for me. I picked up my new car last night and all I had to do was drive it home. No motor vehicle visit or call for insurance change. That was all done for me by Subaru. We loved Sam! So personable and kind. I highly recommend a visit to Sam at Garavel SUBARU!!

This is my thrid new car that I have purchased and my first with Subaru. I have never received this kind of service before. Gary really took his time to explain the details about the car and introduce me to the staff that will be helping me in the future. Everyone was very nice and I even went home with some gifts. I really feel like part of the subaru family!
