Garavel Subaru

Came into Garavel Subaru looking for a Crosstrek. I met with Gary Bauman and immediately went for a test drive and knew right away I wanted the car. Gary was so knowledgeable on everything and answered all the questions I had before I really even had to ask. He made the whole process of buying the car a breeze and left me with no doubts or worries the entire time. To finalize the transaction I met with Tom Nerreau who gave me more information on the Crosstrek; power train, safety features, additional options and also made the stress of buying a car a seemingly worry free process. I would definitely recommend Garavel Subaru to anyone looking for a new or used quality car. I’ve owned and driven many different cars but always found myself thinking about and wanting another Subaru and finally got the all wheel drive car I’ve been searching for. Dave was an awesome and knowledgeable sales rep. He knew the vehicles every function and explained it to my mother in very simple terms that she could understand. He was very accommodating to my handicapped mother and treated her like I assume he treats his own mother. Thank you Dave!!!

My previous stop in for an oil change was quick, easy and very reasonably priced. The mechanic was kind enough to take the car out for a brief ride to evaluate a few questions I had. I recently received a mailer offering a discount on mid-day service which worked out perfectly for me, so I made an appointment on line. When an inspection revealed a greater amount of work needed to be done they provided me with a loaner car. The recommended service has put new life into my car and I feel more confident that my car is ready to face the winter.

Great customer service! My sales rep was Jeff, couldn't have asked for anyone better. Very personable and easy to talk to. He is not your typical car sales person he makes sure that you are happy and comfortable when picking out the car you want. I highly recommend Jeff if you're looking to get a great deal on your next car.

Last week my husband and I went to Garavel Subaru to look for a used car for him. A former employee recommended a sales associate named Gary. Baumann, so upon arrival we asked for him but he was with another customer. A very kind lady named Valerie greeted us and made sure we were comfortable and kept informed as we waited for Gary. Well, he was worth the wait. Gary was not only very knowledgeable but he was very warm and friendly and helped us find the perfect car. I would highly recommend this dealership. I went in with no real idea what I wanted but thanks to Sam I was able to find a car I loved at a gray price.

From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the process was customer friendly. A reminder came quickly and timely, once at the service center the assigned person came to greet me with a courteous, polite and customer friendly manner. He proceeded to take to the waiting area and kept me informed throughout the service. Excellent service 🤗

Conroy was a true gentlemen. My husband and I came in a little nerve after our past experiences at car dealers, but we were lucky to have Conroy as our Sales Liasion.
