Garavel Subaru

I was having a part replaced on my dashboard. They ordered the part, it came with 24 hours, and it took about 15 to replace it (although I was charged for an hours labor).

Visited the dealership at 7:40 just to look and Joe was in the office to assist. Didn’t think they were even open. Got my trade in looked at around 7:45 with a deal done by 10:45am same day. Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Kudos to Joe and Tom (Finance) for providing a exemplary and professional service.

We went looking for a used Subaru after my son's car was totaled. Jeff Nunez listened to my son's needs and found the perfect vechicle in our price range quickly! When we asked to have a few things fixed, Jeff and his manager were extremely accommodating and came through with a great deal and vehicle in terrific condition! Plus the financing dept. could not have been nicer and more transparent. He explained all the parts of the deal and helped us make some good choices with regard to service levels. This is my third Subaru and second at Garavel. My compliments to Jeff and the team! Great job!

Waiting at the dealership very comfortable love that they have WiFi. Wait time was minimal.very comfortable waiting room. Snacks if you want them too!

Professional employees, very comfortable and pleasant waiting area with a "quiet room" for those wanting to work. AND very clean bathrooms, quality bagels, muffins and coffee for morning customers,

I showed up without an appointment with an urgent need-headlight bulb replacement. Within one hour it was done. Great attitude and friendly communication by service agent.

Conroy did such a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable during my entire purchasing process. He was very helpful in every way possible and worked hard to make sure all my needs were met. I left Garavel Subaru feeling as though I had just bought a brand new car, even though it was a few years old. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and easy to talk to. I cannot say enough positive things about Conroy and this dealership as a whole. A completely pleasant experience from beginning to end.
