The people were very open and honest and very friendly also. It did not take very long to go through all processes while being there. Dave was great! He was always honest and never pushy. I chose to work Dave because he never bombarded me with phone calls and emails after my initial test drive. I admire his patience and believe most car salesmen could learn a thing or two from him.

When I got in my car that morning my service light and brake lights were flashing and I heard a noise. I drove my car straight to garavel.They fixed my car the same day even though I didn’t have an appointment.

Buying a car can be easy
We recently had to replace a car and knew that Subarus have a great reputation. i went to the Garavel used car lot and started to look around. Not long after i got there, Sam came out to talk to me about what i was looking for. He was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The entire experience was positive and i am enjoying driving my new Subaru!

Customer Service is a Priority at Garavel Subaru
Always a pleasure going to Garavel Subaru in Norwalk. This past visit I was met at the door and taken immediately to check in. Comfortable waiting room with Saturday college football, cold water, coffee and various danish, if desired. I bought my Legacy there, and I have always gone for my servicing there. Safest car I have ever owned, and I am always treated with a cheerful group of service employees. Don't know what I will do without them when I move to Florida next year.

Joe Wiatrzyk has to be one of the best salesman I've ever worked with. From the get-go he did not push me into anything I didn't want to do. For example, at other dealerships, when I was looking for a Crosstrek, the salesman usually edged me in the direction of trying more expensive vehicles. I know that this is their job essentially, however making a sale in my opinion is more important and apparently that was the mentality of Joe as well. Right away I was put into a vehicle that I spotted in the lot and wanted to test drive. No dilly-dallying around, just straight to what I was at the dealership for. After all was said and done I had enquiries on the interior as well as the exterior and even flopped between a few cars that I was debating about purchasing. This took a matter of two trips to the dealership and every single time I had a question it was answered immediately with extreme detail. I admit that I was a fussy customer and because of that I highly recommend this dealership. Every single time I spoke I was being talked to with a smile, never a sigh, never an eye roll, or anything like that, Just genuine good attitudes. I was treated fairly and honestly and that's all you can ask for. On the financing and paperwork end of things, I was a little confused going in because I I am doing all of this for the first time and I wish I took a little more time trying to understand everything
