Easy to deal with - nice inventory

Overall, this dealership was very easy to deal with. They were attentive, quick to respond with answers to questions (that were accurate), and efficient in getting the deal completed. Both the sales staff and the finance people were very knowledgeable. They also let us bring our dog along on the test drive, which we greatly appreciated. My one complaint is that they were supposed to do some touch-up work on the rear fender and lift gate. It appears they nothing was done. They did put a new battery in for us - as the car was sitting on the lot in 5 degree temps, so it needed to be replaced. All things considered, I would strongly recommend this dealership.

I was just inquiring about a particular car. They were very prompt in contacting me. I had several follow-up calls to see if I needed any further assistance. They also made sure everything went okay with the car I was looking at.

Great deal!!!

I have wait wait out for quiet bitt sometime, before I would want to place any kind of feedback for this dealership, even thought the whole purchasing process was very pleasant .It took me almost 3 months to realize , that I am 100% happy from the purchase I made at Midway Autohaus. The vehicle(2010 lexus is250) is flawless. The vehicle was in pristine conditions , it had no problems or any issues, and on top of that I got it for way under market value! I could easily turn around now and sell it and get whatever I payed for! even though its been 3 months and I did put some miles on it.Overall its been a great experience and I would strongly recommend this dealership to any potential buyer.

Review for my Honda Civic

I had a wonderful time searching for a used car at the Midway Autohaus... The service is great, very friendly people. The buying process is very quick too. They have many different types of cars to chose from.. mostly like "you name it, they have it!" I am encouraging many friends and family looking for a used car to stop by. I am very pleased with my 2010 Honda Civic Coupe.

Dishonest, Safety-Risk Vehicles Sold Here

Be sure to get a clause in your agreement to have the vehicle inspected by your own mechanic--not their preferred mechanic and if there are issues, the deal is void. Our mechanic let us know that the check engine light was triggered. When we brought the issue to their attention, they asked us to let their mechanic look at the vehicle. We did, and he of course found nothing wrong. Thankfully, we insisted on a Honda diagnostic at a Honda dealership. The safety system was not repaired after the accident in the vehicle and the seat belts and airbags would not have deployed had we been in an accident. The car was not safe to drive per Honda. Honda talked to the dealership and explained the issue. The dealership did not want to fix the SRS system so we returned the car. It is back on the lot today--though it is still not safe to drive. Additionally, we had a hard time getting our $3000.00 down payment back. We had to drive back and forth to the dealership several times through the process and finally demanded a cashier's check or we were going to file a police report. What a bad experience....Key Learning: Do not believe the "story" get the facts!!!

Midway Autohaus was awesome, from their prices to their customer service to their follow-up. My wife & I couldn't be more pleased with them.

Terrible unorganized not what I expected

It's had alot a cars don't get me wrong but if u sit their and wait 20 minutes for the guy to find the keys and then say he sold the car 2 hours ago I think was very crazy that it happened like that and then he made the first car beep and tryed playin it off that it was that one and ontop of that I seen a different car I was alittle intrested in and well he didn't have time to show me becouse he had customers? I thought I was. A costumer? Worst experience in buying a car never again

Salvage Vehicles

So I went to test drive some vehicles and there were parts falling off the car! I asked if the vehicle had been in an accident and he said "I'm not sure." After looking at a few more cars and asking about accident history he got upset and said "some cars have been in an accident and some haven't I'm not sure which ones."

conscious buyer

This is my second purchase and It is a pleasure dealing with Luke and Mario. The quality of the vehicles in the lot has far surpassed my previous used car buying experiences. There were minor things I wanted fixed and all of my requests were taken care of. Thank you Luke and Mario for making the experience like none other. I will see you for my next vehicle, in years to come.

Correction to my previous review

I was disappointed with their service but they stepped up and corrected the whole situation and even went beyond to help me with my tires. Once again, I would highly recommend their dealership for anyone who is looking for good service and a good car.
