Good Salesmanship and friendly.

I've bought many cars and none of which have provided me more trouble than the one I bought from Midway Autohaus. The sales manager is very arrogant and rude. They market the cars with low prices, but believe me you will end up paying with all the repairs you will need. They sold me an Audi which looked ok, but was mechanically in very poor condition. A month after my purchase, when I took it to the Audi dealership in Westmont, they couldn't even believe this car was on the market in this condition. They told me that the oil looked like it had not been changed in years and couple months later, I needed to replace the transmission, starter, tires, and alternator. I had to get rid of the car within 6 months after my purchase because I could not continue to pay for all the continued repairs it needed. My friend also bought a Land Rover around the same time and needed to replace the engine within a year after his purchase. In the winter as you drive by, you will see porters jump starting cars. This place needs to be shut down for selling nothing but junk!

Overall he is good.... exept the oner he showes off alot, but the staf was very nice

Recently purchased a 2009 Lexus IS250 from theses guys and I could not be happier, the car was a little dirty at first but they did buff and fully detail it for me which was awesome. Great part about this place is there was no pressure to buy and once I did decide on my Lexus I was out of there with in about an hour. 5 stars guys!! Keep up the great work!!!

To start off the lot was small, but there was many nice looking cars. I've better buying experiences but this on was ok, it took longer than it should have. I do wished that they had detailed the vehicle a bit better and had put gas in it before delivery. I will say they will work with you and if a problem does arise with the vehicle they did a good job of eradicating the problem, in all I was satisfied.

we went thier with 1 car in mind that was advertised on cars.com The lots is small but the service is BIG. The are very honest and extremly pleasent. They let us know exactly what we needed to get the car we wanted. in the end we drove away happy in our new ride

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe from Nissan Autohaus and I am completely satisfied with my purchase! The staff was friendly and accommodating and worked exteremely hard to get me into thr car that I wanted. They also have quality vehicles that are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this dealer to any shopping for a new vehicle!

Very friendly, straight-forward staff. As busy as they were, we were taken care of promptly, had all of our questions answered and left with a beautiful vehicle. All phone calls and emails prior to our arrival were answered quickly as well.

I Just purchased my 2009 Subaru Forester from them about two weeks ago. The car is in excellent condition and the price was the best I had seen (still is). Just a warning they advertise the price to sell, no room for negotiations (still not bad since it is already cheaper than most dealers). Their customer service is excellent. I worked with Mike, but all of the sales representatives seem very friendly and willing to help. The purchasing was grueling but it was only because my credit was not very good. So it took longer than it should. The bank they worked with settled an interest rate somewhat fast but i was waiting on my credit union so i received a better rate there. the bank they worked with offered a very good rate but the credit union was still better for me. During the process they were very understanding with my needs. They didn't push any of the extended warranties on me which was nice.. Over all i am incredibly satisfied and very happy with my purchase. I love love my car!
