Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! Ira was looking out for my best interest regarding my safety, budget, and ease with the process making my decision stress free and enjoyable, which is critical for a busy working single mom juggling everything ! I’m so grateful for the positive experience and highly recommend BMW of Des Moines and especially Ira to genuinely care about what’s best for you!

AVOID!

AVOID! They are owned by Lithia motors who prioritizes profit above all. Bought a used car that came off their lot via their online portal. Vehicle was way over priced compared to the condition it was in but theres is no way of knowing this since they do not highlight the problems in their pictures or even give a detailed description of the vehicle. Truck also had safety concerns with the tires when it arrived. they also nitpicked trade price giving me less value for trade in. Kind of ironic considering all the issues with the truck they were selling and where it was priced

I had the best experience ever working with Tyler

I had the best experience ever working with Tyler Vonnahme my Sales Representative at BMW of Des Moines. I was working with another BMW Dealership however I could not get the Sales Rep to return my calls or give me any accurate information about the new X3. So I called BMW of Des Moines and Tyler took my call. He was very friendly and genuinely interested in helping me along my car buying journey. He took the time to educate me on matters that I was concerned with, he listened to me and showed a great deal of professionalism. I was so impressed by Tyler that I did end up ordering the new X3 M50 and I love it! Tyler also spent time with me after I took delivery of my new car and showed me how to work everything in the vehicle. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience and Skyler the Business Manager was great to work with and made the financing and paper work really simple and easy. I highly recommend going to buy your next BMW from Tyler at BMW of Des Moines.

I couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with client advisor, Ira Booker, during the purchase of my ‘25 X7 M60i. Ira truly went the extra mile with me, keeping me updated on the vehicle’s arrival to the dealership, initial test drive and once I’d taken possession, spending several hours getting me up to speed with the amazing new technology packed into the amazing vehicle. Excellent experience buying a used Chevy Tahoe from Dennis Christie! The whole process was low pressure, professional and executed quickly. We had an issue with a tire within hours and service post sale was great.
