Let me start by stating this is my third Mercedes Benz purchase so I do really like the brand. My experience with Lenny Inserra was by far the best car sale purchasing process I have been through. Lenny was constantly upfront with me on certain options in the vehicle that he felt I would need based on the questions he asked me regarding my driving needs. I never felt he was selling me more guiding as a consultant which I really appreciated. The process around financing was straight forward with options to purchase or lease. Both Lenny and his manager get the customer experience piece of the business. They made it very easy to purchase the vehicle.
