Butch was an amazing salesman. Treated me and my family very well. He was very accommodating. I drove from Rockville, MD to purchase this vehicle and Butch made this experience amazing.

I stopped in AutoMember to look at a car I found on a internet buying web crawl. Butch Fletcher came out to greet us and was very helpful. He gave us the CarFax on the car we were looking at buying and immediately got us out for a test drive. He was very pleasant and professional and above all else patient as we tried to decide the direction we wanted to go in buying a car for my son. Once we decided to buy he paved the way for us to work with Harold who helped us finish the deal. There were no hiccups or delays in the process. Would definitely buy from them again if they had what I was looking for.

We drove from PA to VA to pick up a used Subaru Outback, the paperwork was ready, all we had to do was sign the papers and load up the car. My wife was nervous about driving the car home in traffic so we trailered the car home to Pennsylvania. The car was clean and everything that was it was advertised to be. The salesman, Butch, was very personable and made us feel like old friends ( we hope to run into him at the beach!). Lacoya, the finance guy, was also very nice and helped us with everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sold me my 2012 mustang in beautiful condition which i love! but it failed my Md state inspection because of the brakes. No worries because Automember installed all new brakes for free for me!
