Above and Beyond!

Peter was amazing! Went above and beyond to help out in getting me an awesome deal! Great example of how a sales person should be! Great Experience

Everything was great. I think this was the best experience with purchasing a car I've ever had. Peter is very knowledgeable and entertaining. You can tell he cares about his customers and has respect for the people he works with. I have been car shopping for the last 3 months and your staff handled themselves better than any other dealership I have gone to. Be proud of the service you are providing.

Wonderful experience

Everyone at Patriot Buick was extremely helpful and friendly. I went to the dealership and met with Jeremy. He ended up showing me a variety of vehicles in my price range and made my experience there enjoyable. Even though I did not leave with a car that day, I will definitely go back to Patriot Buick GMC when I am ready to purchase a new car!

False promises, surprise charges

The years ago I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, they scratched up my rim in the process and promised a new one...never happened after several calls on my part to follow up. Now 2 years later my check engine light came on. Upon inspection the service writer tells me it's my computer module and replaces it. The same day I picked up my vehicle after said repairs it had more symptoms then when I dropped it off. It started almost shorting out.. the radio turned on and off, lights turned on and off etc. I called several times and brought my car in to be looked at. I was consistently told they couldn't find anything wrong with it and to bring it back if my engine light came on. Two months go by, the problems escalated to the point where I am scared to drive the vehicle. Once again I called Patriot and expressed concern and reminded the service writer of all the issues since the last repair. He asked me to drive it in which is over 25 mins away and the way the car was acting I was not going to drive it with my 2 small children. I was told that because they didn't have any runners on the weekend he would send a tow for it. Now here I am 4 days later getting a surprise bill for the tow when I have A AA and could have made my own arrangements had I known. I am incredibly let down by the service departments lack of disclosure and dismissal of all of my concerns leading up to this point. I feel as though I have expressed concern about the same issues since the initial repair several times and have been dismissed. And now conveniently enough my car is out of warranty and they have found the problems.

Great buying experience

Dan Curboy was very helpful and we completed the purchase of our used 2013 silverado quickly and drove home the same day. Would highly recommend.

Great experience can't wait to come back!

Recently I was in with several problems with my car. Anyone who knows me knows I don't enjoy going to car dealerships in general, however I had such a great experience with Niki that I will definitely be back. She was friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns were answered. Thanks to her I don't dislike having to deal with car issues anymore I have a place I can take my car and know it's in good hands. Thank you again I look forward to coming back.

Kyle Keegan and Patriot are a wonderful mix!

I have been in the 'automotive' business for many years on the advertising side. I've purchased, leased and sold many vehicles. We represented over 100 dealerships and the stories are outstanding or horrible. This was an emotional deal because I was trading mine and my mom's car that we had leased. I bought out of the lease after her death. I went to this dealership because of Kyle (and Erica). Not only did they understand what I wanted to do, but they cared about giving me the best options of vehicles, deals and more. Kyle showed me what they had for inventory, both local and sister dealerships. He walked me through their service and after-purchase care. Kyle got me the car I really didn't know was perfect for me! Nothing is fake about Kyle. He is so great at this job. Patriot is very lucky to have people like Kyle, Erica and every other person there that showed they all cared. You can't go wrong at this place! They will make it right and you'll drive away very happy! Ann

Good dealer experience

Was looking for a used Malibu and went to several dealer before Patriot. I heard a commercial on the radio and decided to look at their website. They had a very nice Malibu, so I went down to look at it. After a test drive I decided I would see what type of deal they would give. The price on the 2013 Malibu was $50.00 less than a large Chevy dealer in Auburn had for a 2011 with 3 times the miles. They also gave me 2 times the amount on my trade in. I was out of the dealership within a couple hours with a new vehicle.
