They are clueless. You ask one question and you will get bounced around to 5 people till you get an answer about a car. Waste of my time.

I took my mother down to RJ Burne Cadillac to look at a new CTS. We dealt with Marc Vanston and I can not commend his professionalism and patience enough. My mother is not very good with technology and Mark took the time to show her all the different features of the cars. She ended up buying the bigger XTS and absolutely loves it, especially the blind spot monitors ( she has a history of backing into the garage .) Marc's no pressure sales attitude, professional appearance and technical knowledge made it clear where we wanted to buy.
