We had the privilege of working with Al Harris and the staff at Burke Motor Group. This is not the first vehicle we have bought from Al Harris and Burke Motor Group. Al and the staff were, once again, a pleasure to deal with. We have no reason to shop anywhere else!

It was not easy waiting 1.4 years for my Escalade (yes I waited 1.4 years, ordered Nov 21, received 3/23!) as there were a ton of restrictions based on the chip issue; however, Al Harris (my salesman at Burke) was GREAT and updated me every month on the status of my truck. He was very honest and didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear just to string me along. When Al called me in Feb to tell me the truck was in the making, I couldn’t believe my ears, when the truck was actually on the lot only 3 weeks after that call, I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was exactly what I ordered and WORTH THE WAIT! I would never use another dealership. Burke is trustworthy and reliable and they were NOT price gauging like all the other Cadillac dealerships (I was offered an Escalade by another dealership 2 months into my wait, but only if I wanted to pay 25k over sticker, sickening). Go to Burke and ask for Al!

The sales people at Burke Motor Group were nice and attentive. Buying my new car was easy and straightforward. I left feeling assured that if my car needs any kind of service in the future, they will take care of it.
