Test drove the Denali Duramax today with ALBERT RODRIGUEZ. It felt like it was a ride with a buddy holding conversation. I didn't buy the vehicle yet as I'm still making a decision but it was good initial experience.

My husband bought me a car from R.B.Fries in Vandling, PA and it was a wonderful experience. We received a warm, friendly welcome, and Howard had the car out front and ready for us to test drive. It was amazingly clean and in perfect condition for a used car. We found Howard to be extremely knowledgeable, provided us with every detail imaginable about the car, and he was very professional. He patiently answered all of our questions, was pressure-free, and went above and beyond to make car buying a worry-free experience. We feel that we got an exceptional value and were fortunate to have found R.B.Fries. I could not be happier with my vehicle or the purchase process. Small dealership with super friendly family atmosphere. Salesman Chris Spaulding was out of sight and great to deal with. No high pressure sales tactics at all. 30 minutes to close the deal and an hour of friendly conversation. Purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and would highly recommend.

Bought a used 2017 Chevy Suburban from them. I never heard of the town of Vandling, PA until I found the suburban on the internet. I filled out the online inquiry of the vehicle along with the trade in information form. They called me the next day when they opened, I explained to them I work night shift so I had only got like 3hrs of sleep but really wanted to see the car. I took the 1hr drive up to see it and I knew it was exactly what I needed. They hurried along the process cause they took into consideration that I was running on minimal sleep and also made me coffee which I very much appreciated. I had a ABS light on that I took to other dealers. No one could figure out what was wrong. I called R.B. Fries about my problem. They came and picked up my car. Called me in two day and said it was fix. I really didn't believe it. They also brought the car back to my house. I have not had a problem since. Thank you very much.
