POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a bad experience with the Service Dept. My Lacrosse's drivers door would not unlock without pulling the button up manually after using the automatic several times in the period of an hour or two, once the door would not unlock no matter what we did. I took the car to them, they said I needed a new door actuator and replaced it. Once I had my car back I used the inside button on the door to quickly lock and unlock the door several times in a row and the lock stopped working, while the other 3 doors kept locking and unlocking. When I had them take a second look they told me the door was operating as designed and who would lock and unlock the door so many times so quickly. I pointed out the other 3 doors kept working so why would one door be designed to stop and the other keep working. I was told I was over heating the actuator and making it lock up, again I pointed out the other 3 doors never stopped working. Jason Pearson, Service Manager, got very rude, stopped listening to me, and kept talking over me repeating it works as designed over and over like we were in grade school. They are VERY unprofessional and do not want to put the time in to look for the real problem! I would never go back to them!

they are good hometown people with hometown values

They were a great group of people in every aspect of service. I have been there many times. Purchased many vehicles from them. They have been great since day one.
