I dropped my vehicle off for service.

I dropped my vehicle off for service. I was quoted a price of $180. They decided to put an unnecessary part on my vehicle and hold it hostage unless I paid an extra $45 for the useless part.

Not very happy last two times they serviced my car.

Not very happy last two times they serviced my car. They didn’t put the spare tire back now. They said they changed the blower motor and they didn’t just charge the manufacturer warranty for one left screws sitting on my floor mat Replace the steering column plastic piece did not install it correctly. Took me 20 minutes to do it myself. And blow smoke up my xxx since the beginning all the way to the end. Gave me an electric loaner car with no charger.

Kasey and Jeremy helped to get the price I wanted for the

Kasey and Jeremy helped to get the price I wanted for the car I was prospecting. After that, it took 4 follow-up visits, lots of miscommunication, lack of organization, and barely an effort to make things right to finally drive my car in peace. Krysten was the only one who tried to offer alternatives to make things right. I would highly recommend going to another dealership - you'll waste less time and they'll probably be more helpful.
