Pete in the service department was very friendly.

Pete in the service department was very friendly. He also patiently helped me to use my GM reward points for the first time in my memory. All good.

Scheduled my appointment to have an oil change , fix

Scheduled my appointment to have an oil change , fix leaking oil, recall, and garage door opening never working on the truck. Drove over a hour to get the dealership only to be told they would only be able to do the oil change. I made sure to confirm all of the services and made it known the distance I was driving to ensure it wasn’t just an oil change. Which was confirmed over the phone but didn’t happen. The day after my oil change the check engine light is now on and truck will not accelerate properly. Took it to an auto parts store to check the codes. Which now shows the truck losing communication with the air cooler coolant pump A, engine control module LIN Bus 1, and a battery voltage issue. I called the dealer and left a message for the service department yesterday and still have not heard back. Overall not a good experience at all.

Kasey is an incredible salesman.

Kasey is an incredible salesman. He was patient, kind, and helpful during our truck purchase. Kasey thoroughly answered our questions and worked with our budget. We highly recommend Kasey! Steve Giller (finance department) was very patient and informative too.
