My current vehicle was originally leased through Al Serra - at lease end I purchased the car. It has been serviced exclusively there during my ownership. I have NEVER had a bad experience with service staff. This time I was fortunate to have Brayson do the intake of the vehicle and give me the best explanation I have had about an annoying and infrequent electronic glitch. This time I was more pleased that usual about the service.

Purchase of 2015 Silverado

They did not have the vehicle we wanted when we shopped, so they assisted us in ordering the vehicle that we wanted with the options of our choice. Salesman, Roger, was a great help, and the Manager was also very helpful.

Love Al Serra!!!

I've been a loyal Service customer at Al Serra since I bought my 2004 Tahoe new from them. Their service has always been excellent and they win a top award from me. I love having genuine GM parts put into my vehicle by GM certified mechanics and will continue to do so. Their maintenance mechanics have always kept me safe by recommending services that are definitely needed but were not known to me until they were spotted by their team. I don't necessarily have to have those repairs immediately but their heads-up to me on such issues is very much appreciated.

It was pretty quick service. I always go in to them for my oil changes and they always treat me great

Good Old American Service

Chris Hinz, Service Manager, and Wally, Diesel Mech, and the lade who I paid my bill to were awesome. Chris was quick to give me ideas of what it might be and when he knew for sure he sat down and explained my options. Wally took the time to explain what was happening to my fuel system and showed me parts he replaced. Great to understand what someone did with your expensive vehicle. The finance lady was most kind and had a great sense of humor which helped when I paid the $5K bill. Awesome folks who do their jobs very well.

Exceeded my expectations!

I'm from NM and Al Serra VW was awesome to deal with. The local dealers in Albuquerque would not try to come even close to the prices that were offered here and Al Serra VW was nothing but accommodating for this process. Pat, Ken and the entire staff went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. Upon purchasing a 2015 VW Jetta TDI SEL, Pat himself offered to pick me up at Denver International Airport and drive me down to Springs to pick up the car, what service! The entire process was easy, no pressure and I experienced nothing but professionalism and care to the customer. Thanks again for a great experience!

I interface with Joseph the most, but no matter who I deal with in service, I get the real deal, meaning - they tell me the exact truth about what's going on with my vehicle. This is representative of experienced service mangers and technicians.

Great Service!

Tony was the service mgr that helped me, and I am more than happy with the way they treated me as a customer,They had my car for a couple days to replae the supercharger on my ZL1,gave me a loaner with no prolems! (well i think they should have let me at least have a 6cyl camaro! but I had a chevy Cruz) LOL:-) But I am more than satisfied with the service Dept. Thank you Thomas F.
