I stopped at the dealership last year and discussed a new car which they could not get at a competitive price. I am in the market again and have sent THREE emails which have been completely ignored. I even copied the new car sales manager. Hard to believe in this competitive environment that there are still dealerships with such an arrogant attitude. If you want to pay more for your new car than other dealerships than this is your place but otherwise forget it......................

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Jordan Nelson. Jordan was beyond helpful and help us through test drives of 3 different vehicles. He is very knowledgable, which made our decision easier! He answered our questions and also compared the vehicles that we were interested in. Marc Levy helped us with the purchase. He is wonderful to work with.Then Brian Yeager took some time to show us all of the features of the vehicle. And let's just say there are many! We can not say enough about these guys! Anyone who would like to have a hassle free car purchase needs to drive to Kocourek!

I had been shopping throughout all the local dealerships for the right fit of a car. I found the perfect car for my desires and needs at Kocourek. I went into the dealership with a payment I wanted and the salesmen stated it would be no problem with the sticker price being perfect for the amount I wanted to pay. After sitting in the facility for over two hours, I had been signing the papers and the monthly payment was 125% more than I had stated I wanted. Super dissapointed in the communication between the salesperson and the finance management. I did all I could as a customer to make sure it was clear what I wanted, and ended up furious seeing the payment being so much greater than discussed.

Brian in sales helped me get into the right vehicle. I was in a financial situation and they were able to get me approved and in a safe car. Honestly, Brian treated me like I was family. He is honest and up front. Make sure you ask for him if you are buying a car. Kerry who did my financing paperwork was so dedicated and treated me like a daughter and gave me advice and explained everything to me. Both Kerry and Brian wanted to do everything possible for me. Brian who helped explain all the gadgets for me was very helpful and funny too. The customer service was fantastic. I will continue to do business with them im the future. We had a great experience finding the right vehicle for us while working with Charlie. We walked into the dealership not really knowing what direction we wanted to go, and walked out with a Traverse that I believe will be perfect for us. Marc also made signing all of the paperwork enjoyable. My husband and I both have said that these were people that we could see be "real-life" friends with. Yes, they were there to do a job, but they both seemed to have our best interests in mind. Brian was also extremely patient while explaining all of the electronic aspects to this vehicle to someone who is not the most tech-savvy person. ;) Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received from these 3 gentlemen, and would happily refer any of our friends and/or family to them. We even kept all 3 of them there past their scheduled hours, with no complaints. All of your hard work was very much appreciated!! Oh, and if anyone is questioning the one-star markdown in the "Facilities" category, it is only because of the blazing sun roasting us while at Charlie's desk that afternoon. Some blinds would be a wonderful investment. :) Other than that, the dealership was clean and welcoming.
