Went in just to check what Kocurek had for inventory and ended up walking out buying a 2015 Silverado! There were numerous scratches on this former rental vehicle which should have been buffed out but they were still visible. Maybe because I was very aware of their locations, but the salesman always wrote them down. There was also pet hair on the front and rear seats where they folded up and this was removed as requested. The additions of the spray on bed-liner and floor mats look great! During my visit I was treated very courteously. We had worked with these individuals when they were with Saturn and have now re-established our relationship. The only real issue I have is the no haggle pricing. If there are things that need to be addressed with the vehicle, they need to be addressed in the price.

I always get fast, friendly service from the Kocourek team. Chen and Grant always make me feel welcome. My questions and concerns are always taken care of.
