The BEST experience EVER!! We knew what we wanted before we came down. Brenda Johnson helped us out. We picked the car, were able to take our time test driving it. Once the paper work was started it took no time at all Craig and Nate were so knowledgeable and friendly! They came out and said you're good to go! Everything went beyond what we were expecting and hoping for. We could not have made a better decision in where to go. We are life customers of Butte GM!!!

Everyone was so helpful...and they were very patient with my indecision. Everything went smoothly, from Scott our salesman and we are so happy with the financing procedure ...this is our 4th vehicle we have purchased from Butte Gm and we most likely make our next purchase there.

The salesman offered me 10,000 below the book value of my truck. I had a quote from their competitor but they disregarded it. They continued to call and harass me after I told them I was not interested. I will never do business here.

3 salesmen and 2 finance guys helped me purchase my new 2015 Buick Encore. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock but searched for one and had it shipped in very quickly. I took it overnight and fell in love with it. The 'best price' was awesome and I got top dollar for my trade in. What a pleasant experience!

Our experience was great from the minute we walked in the door we were nicely greeted by salesman Mike. Mike did an outstanding job explaining the options on the truck during the test drive and after when we purchased the truck. We didn't feel any pressure which was nice. Mike did a great job. Everyone we dealt with at Butte GM was very nice and a pleasure during the whole process. Tony & Nate were great too!

Scheduled online the first time; approx 3 weels prior to this appt.. Drove from Helena to find out I had no appt because the online system had not worked. Agent said shed try to get me in but Sat is real busy. Decided to leave instead of waiting. Service agent offered 3 free oil changes for the inconvienence. That is the sole reason I returned. Best customer service I've had in years.

Very fast friendly and courteous. And large inventory to select from and the customer service was excellent. If they don't have it they will find it and bring it to you.
