Butte Gm great place to buy a vehicle
Very pleasant. Liked the no pressure concept. Hap Butler was great to work with, very knowledgeable and a outstanding personality. Also seems to be well organized and willing to help. Thanks, I like the truck.

Great Service; On time; made needed reccomendation
My appointment was for 3:30; only took 45 min; they advised me of an oil leak that can be fixed under warranty which I will schedule! AWESOME SERVICE, and fair, competitive pricing. I love having my new car serviced by a GM Dealer and you guys are doing great!

Expensive!
The staff are all professional and competent. But they charged me $74 to remove a USB adapter from the cigarette lighter (my battery was being drained and I couldn't figure out why). That's a lot of money for a 30 second job.

Quick, immediate service
I had a fog light problem. The service person asked a mechanic to answer my questions. The mechanic came right over and came outside to my pickup and helped with my problem. He said I needed to loosen my bumper to fix the issue. I was out of there in 3 minutes. I made an appointment for the next day at 8:30 am. I was on the road by 9:00. Can't ask for better service. The installation only cost $30.40. I believe I got a good bang for my buck. Thank you Butte GM Auto Center.

Avoid Service Department
They did a good job at detailing the vehicle but wouldn't trust them to fix anything. Had my car in, was told things were OK (after paying almost $600 in a repair unrelated to the problem), few days later same problem and back into the shop. After all the time and considerable trouble it caused me they brought the car back in and didn't do what was necessary to make it right. Asking them to bring the car back to me so I don't have to deal with them any more. Would not take my car there again. My girlfriend had to deal with similar circumstances where they needed her car back three times to get the repair right. Should have listened to her.

I'm sorry you had a less than completely satisfied experience with our service department. We strive for complete satisfaction every time for every customer. We have researched the experience you have mentioned and understand your frustration when a vehicle doesn't operate how you expect. I noted that the addition of the aftermarket equipment put on your vehicle prior to you purchasing it at another dealer was/is the root cause of the battery drain as well as a battery that is below the manufacture specs for capacity. I see that we advised replacing the battery with one that is at or above manufacture specs and that you declined that repair. We also recommended contacting your selling dealer to see if they would participate in fixing the radio that is continuously drawing power. I can tell you that if our sales dept were contacted after the sale with such an issue there would be a high likelihood of participation. Above and beyond Service
The staff were great, I arrived 30 minutes before the dealership closed, the salesman and finance agent stayed after closing to complete my paperwork and see to the receipt of my vehicle. I was very satisfied.

Looked at their trucks online, I was looking for a hard to find truck. they were very helpful in providing a complete picture of what they had in stock. I was willing to drive travel to find the right truck they took their time to provide additional photos a virtual test drive and gave me an honest evaluation of the truck they had to offer. I did not buy their truck, but they gave me the opportunity to make an educated decision without unnecessary travel expense. I will consider using them again for the next truck.
