I had an intermittent starting problem with my Sonic. Michael Holden changed cars with me so I would have a car while they were looking for my problem. Kevin, the service manager, was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on what was going on. Even though the car wouldn't refuse to start for them, they continued to try to find the problem. They wouldn't give up. They replaced a mass air sensor, I got the car back three days ago. They also found a bad tire and replaced that. I have nothing but good things to say about the Service Department. I've had the car back for three days now and so far, so good. Thank you all for the wonderful job you've done for me. Anita Record

Respectful, and prompt.
We're always greeted with a friendly hello, and my vehicle is serviced/washed in a timely fashion. Each time I have it serviced, it's returned after a wash. The Sales Staff is quite attentive to the needs of the customer, and are able to work with the buyer.

Quality and Service with a personal touch
I have had all the work on my 2013 Chevy Malibu done by the crew and staff @ Jim Trenary of Union. I have done so because I trust them and have never had any issues or concerns with them. They are courteous and really care about their customers. My car and I are in good hands.

My initial attempts to schedule maintenance for a dealer recall issue was frustrating. The first guy was rude, the second call gave information completely contrary to the first attempt, etc. When we finally got the story straight, the service people were courteous. We appreciate that the car had also been washed when we came to pick it up!
