GREAT SERIVCE DEPT

I have been a customer of yours faithfully for the last 5 yrs. It all started when I was getting taken advantage of by another automotive care shop. It was suggested that I call the dealership and ask for the service manager Jim McBride. He has always been helpful, polite, patient, and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. I have never felt like they were telling me I needed something done that I didn't, and they stand behind their work! I recommend the service department to my customers who are needing their cars serviced. Thank you Jim Trenary and the service department for your excellence in customer service.

They lie

They lied about a 2008 Toyota tacoma being a 6 speed manual when it's not. Parents were ready to buy it untill We found out it was an automatic. Poor quality service, and untrustworthy salesmen.
