We have bought many cars from Shields Auto Group and our sales rep, Rich Heintz. We’ve been happy with our vehicles and the service Shields provides.

This Shields Auto Mart, General Manager Pete Klein and Our Sales Professional, Rich Heintz have always gone the extra mile to make our buying experience the Absolute Best. Their selection of vehicles is wonderful but if they didn't have the "perfect" one on the lot, they get it for us. They always go the extra mile to help us with any questions and Rich has even programmed our Garage Door Opener when we just couldn't figure it out. They also have the most awesome Service Department and we always enjoy coming in. We've bought many New Vehicles from This Team and they never let us down !

It was truly a great experience dealing with Butch Smith at the Shield's Auto Mart. I've been searching for a vehicle but was unable to find what in was looking for in my price range but after speaking with Butch and explaining what I wanted he's been keeping an eye out for me (but not bugging me) and Butch found what I was interested in within the price range I wanted to be. Cliff also took the time out of his busy schedule to show us some vehicles while Butch was assisting other customers and also assisted with explaining all the features in the vehicle we purchased.
