Great customer service

Service...and especially Pete in the Suncoast Venice Service Department...are A+++ Without an appointment, Pete handled an unexpected service need as I was getting ready for a road trip. Pete is great at follow up as well...I always know that I will receive a call to be sure all is good. Customer service is so important and so lacking in many instances,but not here...they get my highest recommendation!!

Except for delay caused by parts truck fire, the seat belt replacement on my new (to me) CTS was do well at as quickly as final receipt of the part allowed.

Dean, Not sure how the L/Rear tire was checked for leak, but since then the car rides like a wheel is out of balance. During the check, was a weight removed from the wheel - or was there any to begin? Do I need to schedule a wheel balance? James Smellie-Scott
