Excellent Service
I purchased my vehicle from Sunset Automotive Group in 2013. I have never had anyone else touch this vehicle for service other than this dealership. CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE
Trying to find my parents a DTS it's the only car to fit them. Getting up in age it's very hard for them to get around. My dad is retired from being president of the Minor League BaseBall and has made great accomplishments. Very proud of them both. I called Lindsey at Sunset Cadillac, she was very nice and told me she would call me back. I offered to pay cash for the car my parents want and I awaited her call. I left her more messages and my call was never returned. She said she had to ask Rusty Wolff. So I called and asked for Rusty Wolff. I agreed to pay the over price and asked for him to deliver the car to my father. He would not and became very rude. Mr Wolf is not the person I would have dealing with the public he is snobbish and rude. He has refused to sell me the car for cash and Lindsey doesn't have the courage to return a phone call. I would not trust these people with your business. Crappy way to treat people.

Great dealership!!
Crest is an outstanding dealership to buy or trade autos. Our most recent trade was for a pickup truck. Scott Foster was our sales person and we highly recommend him to deal with as he is very good to work with you to get the best possible price and deal that he can. He also has a great personality and is just a great person to be around. The financial department also works very hard to arrange the best interest rates and give the best advice on extended warranties and anything else that you may need. The service department is also top notch and the waiting area is great. Keep it up Crest you are doing great!!

Service after the sale - Outstanding!
Our salesman left this sales center right after we bought but Scott Foster has treated us wonderfully and has gone above and beyond in helping us learn all the features of our new (used) SRX. He has demonstrated true professionalism in following up on a sale that didn't benefit his sales numbers. This is an example of true customer service! We highly commend and recommend Scott!

Great experience with Crest Cadillac!
My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Crest Cadillac with the purchase of our 2012 chevy tahoe here recently. Internet Manager Scott Foster was outstanding in his knowledge of the vehicle and it's background and remaining warranty. Scott and the finance department were very easy to work with and my wife and I couldn't be more happy with our vehicle! We even got on-star and Sirius radio setup for us without even asking. Crest Cadillac is a top notch dealer and treated us very well. I would highly recommend this dealer for your new or used vehicle needs.

Exceptional Treatment
This was the most pleasurable expereince I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle.
