Wonderful service, and very clean wait area.

each and every time that I have occasion to visit Todd Wenzel, the service is top notch. The personnel is polite, and informative. I know that I can count on a job well done. I had a chance to go to Parts Dept. to order a new key fob, and was treated with respect there as well .

Great waiting room, service clerk very helpful

Greeter was very friendly, and prompt. Service Desk person was very helpful and explained future needs to me. He also was very helpful in explaining the wear on my tires.

Good service

Overall a good experience as they discovered an issue with left wheel bearing I was unaware of. Will return at another time to have stabilitrack alarm light issue reinvestigated

Beware of glass chip repair requests

I did not like that I was trying to be pushed into buying unnecessary glass chip repair, if I need service I will ask for it.

Todd Wenzel

Got us the car we wanted while working with our budget. Took a lot of time and effort to find us exactly what we requested, while giving us plenty of pricing options. They spent time with us at the dealership teaching us everything we needed to know about our new Acadia, which was extremely helpful.

Quick Service Response

On very short notice, they were able to repair my Yukon. The Service Department was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service tech even came out to explain what he had done to repair my Yukon.

Like I was family
