Got my baby back the next business day.

It was strange that there was an attempt to put air in the two passenger side tires after I had contacted Os-Star about the pothole gouging and the tow truck that dropped off the car that Saturday night said he put a detailed description on the envelope containing the key.

Awesome Service

Your dealership WAY EXCEEDS my expectations!! It was a great experience when I bought my car - Eddie Fisher was my salesperson and he was wonderful! Then, I had to come in for a repair and oil change. They even washed my car!!! VERY gracious, nice people you have working there. I would most definitely recommend this dealership.

Great service and sales.

Steve and Dan were great in service. Eddie in sales is the best. He let me use his car during the service time.

Excellent service

I just went in for an oil change. The service department is always friendly and very courteous. It was completed quickly and Daniel is so helpful whenever I have questions!

Great service, nice facility.

Everyone there were very pleasant, very prompt service.You should work on that your online scheduling though I scheduled on line and they never received it, or something.

Great service

It was great! My service writer made sure my car was repaired properly before returning the vehicle. He even followed up the following day with an email to make sure I was happy with the repair! Very well done!

Todd Wenzel Experience

I worked with Megan Potts who let me know about the demo sale along with the GM discounts. She was very helpful. She then let me know that she contacted a gentleman named Joe Z in the sales department. He was full of information and very helpful. I left a few things in my vehicle and he was able to put it all together and get it over to me. I was not able to stay so they could fill my gas tank and clean up the Acadia. He offered to let me come in at my convenience in the upcoming weeks. I liked that. I also worked with a gentleman, Justin W and he was full of information regarding the finance process. I enjoyed working and talking with him.

Have purchased my third car from Wenzel. They were direct to the point and honest thus far. I will continue to do business with them as long as they remain honest and loyal to there customers

Service department

I really appreciate the prompt service as well as bringing me an appropriate rental car(big enough for all 3 of my kids). As a busy mom I appreciate a car being brought to me while my car is being serviced.
