Recall Repair

I think the service center fixed the recall quite well. I think there is one person in your customer care center who needs a lot of help. She was horrible. I do not know her name but I know for a fact it was not Grace. I got Grace the second time and she was fantastic. It was not Evelyn because she was also fantastic. It was a female who should really get more customer care skills before answering a phone. Todd Wenzel is still a favorite as far as sales and service.

great buying experiance

i started with tyler (used) he got jacob(new) both were very professional and very courtious answered all my questions ,aaron was the same.overall purchaseing the terrain was a very pleasant experiance. it was like a family experiance.thank you very much. royce

Outstanding Service Advisors

Great service advisers - Steve Olsen and David (Martin maybe). Never leave you hanging and forthright about what you can do and when. Courteous and respectful. Treat me like their mother.

Friendly staff, clean shop, proffesional service.

I had my transmission filter changed. The price was good and I had high expectations. Service was done in under an hour. Very nice service people and mechanic.

Best Dealership Overall

I have never met a business like Todd Wenzel. They honestly care about the customer. I love that you guys will bend over backwards to give us what we want. There is absolutely no other dealership in town that I would ever give my business to.

The dealership is great. I think they should report my tire damage to Continental Tires and let them know I had problems with their tire and GM too.
