I would recommend Barker Buick GMC to anyone. They are awesome to deal with, and quick with service. Gay Pamplin was wonderful, she kept me aware of what was going on with my vehicle.

Quick service, good price on oil change, friendly service staff. Got a ride to go run errands while waiting. Cashier helped me redeem myGMC points to pay for oil change.

Friendly courteous staff. Always have had excellent service from the techs. Wait time was a bit long, but the waiting area was spacious and seating was social distanced.

The purchasing of my truck was a great experience and the...

The purchasing of my truck was a great experience and the salesmen was terrific. I could not have asked for a better experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. The service department was entire different story. My appointment took a month to schedule. My appointment was for 1 PM, the service department did not start working on my truck until 3 pm. I did not get out of there until 5 pm and the issues i brought it in for was unresolved. Also the department tried to charge me for warranty work and i had to plead my case. The manager called me a few days later and apologized and assured me it would be better next time.

Great service after the sale, even though we are in the...

Great service after the sale, even though we are in the middle of a Pandemic, the service team here at Barker made my Issues a priority, they made my appointment quickly and serviced my truck within a couple of days. I haven't had any issues since. As always great service and very friendly service team. I highly recommend Barker G.M.C. to all my family, friends and customers. Da' Cajun Man, Ayeeee Sha' !

Service said it would be 1.5 hours and finished in 1 houri had oil change.was very quick. They also did tire rotation and checked other check points.
