awsome crew.

Unlike some businesses in Vt. all customer service people were professional and kind. I even stopped to speak with my salesperson of 3 new vehicles in 4 years Heidi Goodrich. I currently own and operate 7 GM vehicles and love them

Great service and friendly helpful staff

The service staff is extremely helpful and really explains well the problems our rig had (even though I knew what a caliper was, it was nice to know they explain to everyone the problems). Work was done in a quick and efficient manner. You are our service company of choice!

The Best Of Best in New England!!!

A well oiled machine! Springfield was the best choice and a great experience to do business with. I went in knowing I was upside down with my current vehicle. I was greeted by a pleasurable salesmen. Chris Havey not only a all around nice guy, but honest. He didn't try to pressure me into a vehicle that i didn't want. Chris gave me choices that would work for my budget. Unlike other pushy dealerships, I wasn't stressed. Then came into the deal Jarrod sales manager. Jarrod was also very dedicated to customer satisfaction. Jarrod assured me that he would go above and beyond so that i could get the vehicle that would work for my payment needs and that I would be happy driving. Just when I thought there was no hope( especially when a family member whom in which is a sales manager didn't want to work with me!) Springfield GMC came through for me. So if your looking for a honest dealership that will do all they can to fulfill your vehicle needs and treat you like family even if your not! Make the trip it will be worth it. Service department

Although the leak in the truck is not fixed, the staff was excellent to deal with and they told me to watch for leak for a while to see if it was not repaired. They did not just say it is all fixed see ya later. They said it may not be and if not bring it back and we will make it right. Your service department is always a pleasure to deal with.

Springfield GMC is great!

I feel fortunate to have found Jason Nolan and Springfield GMC. I have bought many cars from many dealerships. My experiences have varied, but working with Jason to buy my 2012 Camaro was a pleasure. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest and helpful. I would recommend them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! I saw a Escalade on cars.com with only 5600 miles so I made an offer and they accepted. The lady said that she would hold it for me till the next day when I was selling my car if I would do the credit app. I said that was fine. They ran both my wife and I's credit and called to tell me about the approval. They said all we will need is the mileage off your car and the selling price. He then said and the mileage on the escalade is and he spelled it out 2 8 4 4 4! I said excuse me?!! Your listing said 5,600 miles. He said yeah I was wondering about that. He said he asked someone and it wasn't correct. I said that is over 3X the mileage as listed on your website and on Cars.com. They then offered me Scotch guarding for the car and a $700 warranty for the "trouble" . I never would have allowed them to run my credit on my wife and I and wouldn't have even come close to buying it for the offered price if they would have had the correct mileage. After saying that I was upset and they had already hit my credit lowering my score they said "well it's a good deal anyway and if you don't want it let me know they are going for a lot more". The vehicle was no longer a good deal they offered basically nothing for their fraudulent false advertising and now I have another inquiry on my credit for 7 years because multiple people at the dealer we not doing their jobs! GOOD LUCK!
