Needed to buy a new vehicle last minute. They did not have the exact vehicle I wanted so they went to NJ and got it and I was still able to be on the road again by my deadline. This was even after having lots of add ons done by the service department upon the trucks arrival.

My wife and I took two vehicles in for an oil change. It was as soon as we got there. In and out without any hassle.

We went into GMC in Springfield VT to purchase a used truck for our son . While the sales rep. was very personable, he promised my son the world, didn't deliverThe truck we bought had been pre-owned, and had some issues at the start, we brought the truck back twice to have it reconditioned because we couldn't breath in it without wanting to get sick. after they reconditioned???? it. I had to vac it out for 2 hours to get out what they had failed to. we then brought it to our mechanic.It DIDN'T pass inspection. instead of the dealership standing by their truck. PRE-OWNED or not. they insisted on blaming my mechanic . When you buy a truck from any dealership, they should at least be responsible for providing the best service they can. AFTER the sale.
