Quick and friendly service. Beautiful new modern facility with nice waiting area. Purchased at Springfield so standard services are included.

nice new place

user friendly much easier to get in and out and find your car when they are finished with it. always god about explaining what is wrong

I felt comfortable at Springfield VT

The status updates were appreciated along with the offers of bottled water, which is such a nice welcome touch. Everything is so nice and clean, including the bathrooms. Watching the beautiful flat screen TV made the time fly by while the car repairs were being made.

Wayne and service staff were very prompt and helpful. Facility is modern, clean and waiting area comfy. Service is close to home.

Great place, Outstanding staff

These guys were great. Randy came ready to deal and got me into the vehicle I wanted. Great customer service all the way from the sale to the finance office. Easy as Pie Respect your time

We bought a new car sight unseen over the phone. When we arrived it was ready- no add-on sales- paperwork was done Very easy, nice and professional A very pleasant experience and will return even though they are an hour from my house

Frustrated!!

We love our new truck but could not be more frustrated with Springfield GMC !! Every step of the process was a huge runaround, promises made but not kept, incorrect info that revealed itself after the fact, calls not returned, charges to us that, had we not caught ourselves would have gone unnoticed. It has been over a month since we took delivery of the new truck, and we are still waiting for a promised missing part to be mailed to us. We've repeatedly had to call the dealership to try to get the status of everything. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future, including routine and warrantied maintenance. We believe that, despite amazing sales for your company, the dealership is just too big to offer outstanding customer service. Too many things slip thru the cracks and it is difficult to get answers when needed. We felt frustrated during the initial sales talks, and even more so as the weeks went on and our issues were taking too long to be resolved. We did not feel respected and valued as a customer. We spent a lot of money on a new truck, and Springfield GMC in no way made that process an enjoyable one.
