THIS DEALER IS TOP NOTCH!

This dealer is TOP NOTCH! Let's just start by saying I have bought about 100 vehicles over the years and have had a wide variety of experiences of course both good and bad... Recently I contacted this dealership randomly from just shopping on their website and being frustrated with the service and the run around I was getting for pricing at other dealers. I was getting the "we are selling so many trucks we aren't giving anyone any discounts right now" speech... I happened to get connected with the commercial sales manager, he was AWESOME! He gave me a really good price (2x better than any other dealer) without any back and fourth bs. He handled everything super quickly and to the point. We finalized the deal and continued to impress with his service and follow through. He called me and offered me free extras with the truck (even though the deal was already done he still helped me get more). They delivered the vehicle the next day and it was full of gas which I greatly appreciated as well. Thank you so much Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac, your service and staff is amazing, my family appreciates it SO much!

Completely worthless dealership , dishonest . Service...

Completely worthless dealership , dishonest . Service department and management suck! Warranty means nothing, they don’t stand behind anything they sell . Couldn’t fix a flat tire on wheelbarrow without a dumby light.what type of manager texts you at 3 am ?

Don't Waste your time

High pressure Salesman, can't take No for an answer. Vehicle not adequately prepped before send off lot ASAP. underinflated tires upon leaving, 69% oil life on a car with 12 miles on it. (oh that's 219 miles on it. ???) Why. The Big Deal, that's a joke to. "We don't have the tires in stock you'll have to come back"....surprise.. . apparently they still don't have the "FREE" tires. They said they would schedule a appointment to have Dupont put on seats, (optional, my choice...) added into lease, still no Dupont but they haven't lowered the payment. Yes, people say the follow up with after you make a purchase.. those emails are and letters mailed are automated, and signed buy a secretary not the manager who's name appears on the letter. I could go on and on, needless to say COMPLAINTS have been recently filed, and more will be. Don't Waste Your Time with them!!! As you see the only review they respond to are the positive ones!!

Wow, they charged a lot and screwed up royally.

My F350 broke down up in Springfield, and the person driving it took it to the nearest place that seemed like it could handle a truck that size. They installed new brake calipers on the rear tires backward, causing it to turn into a smoking mess a few hundred miles later. Took it to the place I trust closer to my home, and my $1700 repair from Springfield GMC Buick ended up costing me another $1250 in parts and labor to re-repair.

Poor service

Overall nice place have a huge selection to choose from. On the purchase end it takes for ever and its a huge runaround. The service department is horrible no one can figure anything out the manager is rude no one can seem to return phkne calls or tell of issues. Been there multiple ti.es for multiple issues and with no resolution. And empty promises.

Very misleading pricing.

Advertise price as 35000 online ,i called and because I was trading in something they wanted 42000 . VERY Insulting on my trade ....it was 5000 below trade in value on Kelley Blue Book or NADA .I asked them why they said because they were upside down on their vehicle. So they're gonna try to screw me to make the different up... That's just bad business..

Great Deals at Springfield Automart

Recently I went in to talk about trading my vehicle and after a couple of hours and getting nowhere I left very frustrated. Later that day the Finance Manager, Dave, called me to apologize. He made no excuses about what happened, but assured me that is not a typical experience here and wanted to make it right. Admittedly, I was skeptical, but Dave was great. He worked with me personally to get to a price and rate I could afford. And in the end I walked out of there with a new 3/4 ton truck and GREAT deal! I could not be happier. From the salesmen, Brodi, to Dave, Katie, Charlie and even the GM, Luke, they all went way out of there way to make sure I got a great deal. The personal service was amazing and I ABSOLUTELY recommend, if you need a new car or truck, go see these guys.

TRAVELING FROM MICHIGAN AND BOUGHT IN VERMONT

I'm from Michigan but while in VT I had a need to replace my car. I purchased a 2018 Yukon and couldn't be happier !
