The sales professional, Howard Solodky dealt with us in a very friendly and efficient manner. Based on availability of cars in stock with front wheel drive, choosing the car's exterior color turned out to be a difficult decision for us. Howard showed utmost patience during our vacillation between choices. We thank him for his patience, as well as the other members of the Kelly Staff that interacted with us.

Stopped in one evening to have a look at the SRV. Howard greeted us, got the key and I ended up taking it for a test drive. We talked about the cost and decided to bring my car up the next morning and see if we could trade it in and make a deal. We were satisfied with their offer and I drove my new 2015 Cadillac SRV home! Two years ago I never would have thought we'd own a Cadillac, and now we own two! Last year, while car shopping, we stopped by Kelly just out of curiosity.
