Kelly Cadillac

I didn't have the time to drop my car off to be serviced, forgot it needed to be inspected, they called and brought this to my attention, took care of everything, picked up, and delivered it back same day.

We recently bought an Escalade from Kelly's. I can't say enough about our sales consultant, Uzma Shafqat. We hadn't met Usma before, but she put us at ease, and walked us through buying our vehicle from the beginning to the end, We feel that we made a lifelong friend, and trust her explicitly. She was so knowledgeable, and led us through the experience with care and concern. We left knowing that the Lord led us to her. We also need to mention Kelly's service. Lynn Yoder has become a friend and is always there if we have questions, or just leading John and I through the process of our needs in the service department. Lynn is just wonderful. He is our go to friend, and we trust him completely. Should I mentiion that we love Usma and Lynn. If you go to Kelly's you are met warmly and just feel like family.. You will also be met by Mr. Geoff Kelly. A remarkable friendly gentleman who will make you feel like you are an integral part of Kelly's.. Dwayne worked on our deal, and made us feel at home. What a wonderful gentleman he is as well.

I recently bought a used Chevy Traverse from Kelly Cadillac and the transaction went without a hitch but when I had some issues related to service needed Kelly Cadillac (especially Doug in service mostly and also Lynn) Doug went above and beyond for me! I can't say enough for the service I got and am recommending this dealership highly. They deliver on the service they provide. When service was needed they delivered the loaner car (a Cadillac) to my house so I was not inconvenienced in any way.

My sales representative, Howard Solodky, and everyone at Kelly Cadillac was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable.

My sales consultant, Uzma,was was very professional and polite. She was very attentive in communicated well with me. I felt no pressure and answered all my questions. The entire staff was warm and welcoming.

I wasnt planning on driving to Lancaster PA from King George VA but I will say that I am extremely happy that I did. The purchase of my suburban was fantastic from start to finish with Kelly Cadillac. We called ahead and spoke to Howard Solodky and he had the suburban washed and ready to go for a test drive when we arrived. When it came time to make the purchase decision, Howard came to me with an offer better than the price listed. He also offered to order headsets and remote for the DVD player without me asking. And he offered to have someone come pick the suburban up from me later in the week to have it detailed inside to help remove a stain in the headliner. AMAZING. I was sold. And I have been very happy with my purchase. I shopped for this vehicle for several months and it was worth the wait. The sales professional, Howard Solodky dealt with us in a very friendly and efficient manner. Based on availability of cars in stock with front wheel drive, choosing the car's exterior color turned out to be a difficult decision for us. Howard showed utmost patience during our vacillation between choices. We thank him for his patience, as well as the other members of the Kelly Staff that interacted with us.

Stopped in one evening to have a look at the SRV. Howard greeted us, got the key and I ended up taking it for a test drive. We talked about the cost and decided to bring my car up the next morning and see if we could trade it in and make a deal. We were satisfied with their offer and I drove my new 2015 Cadillac SRV home! I love this vehicle!! Everyone we met was very friendly, including the owners of the dealership who came and thanked us personally for our purchase.
