I went very unsure of being able to get another car after daughter wrecked the other. I was floored when he was able to put me in a car today. No money down and a great interest rate. Lima Auto Mall rocks!

We were looking for an SUV that was affordable and they really took care of us in helping find one that was in our price range.

From the initial contact with the service department, my arrival at the service department. And the completion of the service. Was a prompt and and pleasant experience. I was greeted by my sales representative (Dan Cherkas) and led to the service area. My vehicle service was started and completed in a timely and professional manner. I am pleased with the end result.
