I was a little apprehensive trying to purchase a car as I have sketchy credit and was afraid of the "NO" answer to my loan application. Brandon assured me they'd do everything they could to get me done if need be. A few minutes later I was approved and processing with the purchase. The drive from Columbus was well worth the trip and investment.

My truck was scheduled for a couple service items; I arrived a few minutes early, and they didn't waste anytime getting started on it, even though I was ear;y. I waited in the lobby and they were finished in no time. I love getting in and out promptly! My truck even had a wash and boy, it looked brand new!

I was invited to come look at your selection of trucks by Josh Gaines. We found this truck that would fit my budget and it had somewhat low miles for the year. I came to the lot and was approached by a guy by the name of Dan Cherkas. This was a pleasant meeting and he was interested in what I was looking for right away. Our conversation didn't stop there but we also had a pretty good connection with the conversation all together. He handled my Jokingly kind of humor really well and even joined in a little. Dan was prepared to show me a truck that was just taken in by your company and instantly had me interested in taking a test drive. Sorry I didn't make an appointment, appointments are for those people that know what they are looking for and not us spontaneous buyers. I bought the truck with confidence that the minor things that needed fixed would be done quickly. I also have to put a plug in about the service department, because that's what families do. My brother Gerry Keysor was a great addition to your company, he will treat you well, I will make sure of it. I'm here to tell you this was a very good experience with everyone involved.
