New 2018 Silverado

This is the 4th new vehicle have purchased at Bill Harris and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Harris family and their staff make you feel like family and the customer service is awesome as well. They gave me great trade in value and never felt pressured to do the deal. I would highly recommend Bill Harris if you are looking for a new car.

Car cleaning by Butch

Ask for Matt Dilgard

Cannot say enough good things about Matt. Great to work with, and second vehicle purchased from him, sure won’t be the last. Facility is nice, but like any other dealership, you need to do your homework. Going to a dealership prepared is your best friend.

Recall fixed

Good communication with the service team. The recall was fixed on my truck and I picked my truck up the next day when they called.

Svc. advisor, Jen, adressed all of my concerns and was very personable, efficient and professional. Always a positive experience at Bill Harris and as a woman I appreciate the respect and attention always shown to me. Good followup, too.

Displeased

While the service itself was fine, it’s probably not easy to go wrong while doing an oil change, I have to say I’m 100% not okay with my experience on Thursday September 27th. When I scheduled my appointment I was assured I would be receiving $10 off and that the tech I specifically requested would be doing the change. Upon pick up of my vehicle I specifically asked if the tech I requested has in fact done the change. I was told yes. After about a half hour of getting home I discovered that tech hadn’t even worked that day, and that I’d been overcharged. While I understand that things happen, this is not okay. At any point this could have been rectified. The service indidual was given a clear chance to tell me he hadn’t done the work. And she chose not to use it. I would have accepted being told they overlooked the notes and had someone else do it, or that they made a mistake, I will however not accept being lied to. The techs name for service was clearly typed on my paperwork and she said she spoke to him about my brake fluid. I have a hard time believing this was an oversight. When I bring my vehicle into the service department I’m trusting them to take the best care of my vehicle and keep me safe. If such trivial things are being lied about, what bigger things are? I’m very displeased.

Job done right

I Have purchased Vehicles and had them serviced at the Harris Chevy dealership for the past 28 years. I admit I have purchased new vehicles at other dealerships for various reasons,but always bring them to Bill Harris for service and repairs, because I know from my experience that repairs and service are done right everytime

Encore owner

I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. Things are explained very well ahead of any repair. Awesome people all the way around!
