Oil Change and Full Detail
Had an oil change and full exterior and interior detail. Butch and Nicole did excellent work. Inside and out the truck looks like new. Definitely worth the money.

Absolutely the best service department
Customer experience scheduled my truck in for routine service, and a clean up - Every single time im greeted by the service department expert that actually worked on my truck, today was Butch - his detail oriented attention to my vehicle and explaining everything that was done, just left me feeling so appreciated as a customer. I would hands down only go to Bill Harris Dealership for service to any vehicle.

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation.
Accomidating when needed to change appointment. Did within an hour while I waited. Waiting area clean with coffee available. Everyone friendly. Report card with recommended repairs helpful.

Oil and tire rotation
Bill Harris of Ashland got me right in. Appt as scheduled. Mike my service Rep, kept me updated and was very nice. Socialized with me, just a nice guy. Service was completed faster than anticipated. Mike took time to review all systems and things to watch or check for in near future, or next appt. Building was very clean. Salesmen all took time to say Hi as I looked at showroom cars. Nice visit. Will come back Best Mark

Excellent Service
The entire staff was extremely cordial and responsive to all of my needs for purchasing a used vehicle. They presented me with options within my budget and helped me select the best decision.
