Excellent service!!!

Mr. Josh Orpen was amazing! He was very helpful with my purchase and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I made this purchase out of state and he was very accommodating with sending me pictures of the vehicle and updating me on the status of my Purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep!

Awesome experience

My car buying experience experience was amazing with Greenwood Chevrolet. I would highly recommend everybody go there if they're looking for a new car. The loan finance officer made sure we were able to get approved even though credit wasn't the best.

POOR POOR SERVICE!!! Will never take vehicle back to this place! The salesman was very nice, but the service manger ruined it all for me and any future purchase there

Decieved

Baught a car at hubbard chevy, When I was looking a the car I purchased I ask the salesman if the vehicle was in any accidents, Reply "NO" . Well I was lied to, I found out that the vehicle was in an accident. Did some research and found out the car had over 17,000 dollars damage to it. went through getting the car straight as I was looking at it after I found out, It wasn't fixed properly. Went through a bunch of "BS" tyo get it straightened out. But I should of never been lied to in the first place... Buyer "Beware"

AutoButler

Had the AutoButler done but they forgot to clean the inside of my vehicle except for the floor mats. Would have liked a quick wipe down. May have been a new employee or just simply forgot. Outside is beautiful!!

Take your care somewhere else

Please take your car somewhere else to get work done. Took my car home iin for and oil changed brought it home and it leaked oil. Took it back they said they stripped the thread and said it was fixed. Took it home and it leaked oil all over again took it back they said the oil pan was leaking. Took it back they said it was all fixed took it home it was leaking again. There was no way I was taking it back took it to another dealer who I reviewed the case with spoke to the mechanic after he fixed the problem and he felt they should have caught the problem. Not sure where they hire their mechanics but very bad mechanical ability. The service guys do a great job with telling you they will fix it and make it right but at some point you start to worry that their mechanics are doing more bad then good. This is not the fist car that this dealership has messed up for my family they messed up another family member diesel engine injectors a couple years ago. I thought I would give them a chance again but not anymore
