Still searching.....

I live about 3 hours from this dealer & so I asked for an honest opinion of a vehicle before making the drive. The sales person I was in contact with was honest about the condition of the vehicle & so I did not make the drive to look at the vehicle. But due to their honesty, I will focus my vehicle search with this dealer first, before looking at others.

Great overall experience!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who understood just what I was looking for and had the used vehicle I desired. The buying process was quick and painless and they didn?t waste any of my time trying to upsell me in a bunch of stuff that I didn?t want or need. Best experience I?ve ever had buying a car.

Warranty work -battery

I was very disappointed in the warranty work I had done on my '17 Chevy Malibu. I needed a battery under warranty and had an appointment to get the work done right a away in the morning at 7:30. I was never called by service to let me know that the car was done. I had to call them two times later that day to connect with someone. Communication was terrible and if I in fact was in desperate need of the car that day, I wouldn't have had it. I will not be going back for service or vehicle needs.

Oil chang

Will not every buy new there again no have service work done if I can have it done elsewhere. Not happy with they buying experience at all and no service after the fact. Mr. Julias is one that has no concern for the customer nor the service dept. Was given a truck build sheet and got my truck missing some of the things it was supposed to have and instead of deducting price or adding missing things they just said sorry but you got a good deal anyway. Then I was told I would get a rebate on accessories and so I picked out accessories while there and then later after the fact said I guess you don't get the rebate. Then I went for first oil change scheduled and it took almost two hours . It said they did inspection but my tire pressure with all 4 tires was off up to three psi from one to the other. My thought was to buy close to home for the service and boy that has backfired.
