Bought a truck and two days later the auto start stopped
Bought a truck and two days later the auto start stopped working and the engine light came on. The truck has 13,000 miles on it. Had it in writing for a window tint and full tank of gas. I had to contact both the salesman and service dept numerous times for the window tint and gas. Txt and calls were not returned. I went in and they said the computer system was down and couldn’t get me in for a week. Took it in at 7:30am for an appt at 10:00 on a Friday. Called them 5 times with no answer or cal back. So they currently have my 2 week old truck for the weekend. I knew the service dept was the worst I’ve ever dealt with from taking my suburban in and again never receiving info on it, never answering calls, and never receiving updates. I did not, however, realize or know how poor the actual dealership was. From the typical “it’ll be just a few min” (2+ hour wait), to the “oh yeah we’ll take care of that right away” (never was taken care of), to the “I’ll give you a call tomorrow with appointments for the tint and fuel” (none which happened). Not that many dealerships or salesman are great, but this was in hands down the worst. Unfortunately I bought the car before talking to numerous people who said exactly the same thing. I will never recommend nor buy from here again.

I’m curious if this is a phone number that someone actually answers as the salesman who sold me the truck and the service department numbers that I’ve called (over 20 times) don’t seem to work, nor does answering machine (where several messages were left). Before I waste my time, is someone going to actually answer and actually take the initiative to try to improve business? I’m going to go with highly unlikely as this is very obviously a reoccurring theme for many of your customers.
Lousy Service at Lithia GMC
I had an appointment Dec 17, 2022 to fix a recall issue. They cancelled because of sick help. Made an appointment in person for 1/17/23 at 10:00 AM. I arrived. Told me their Shuttle Service to take me home was down but a lady was coming in to do that for them. I waited, and waited, and waited 2½ hours with no ride and no word on my car. I asked about the ride. "Sorry but we don't take people that far away" was the surprise answer. So I was supposed to sit while this passenger bag replacement was completed somewhere between 2 hours and a half a day? Finally after waiting 2 hrs 45 minutes I discovered they HADN'T STARTED ON MY CAR yet! Pleasant enough people at the service desk but they tell you NOTHING even when you ask and you sit. I got my keys and left.

Chevrolet Buick GMC of Helena Lithia Store
Our salesperson, Michael, was personal, caring, listened to our thoughts and needs, and made sure we had options/choices in our selection of a vehicle. He is a newbie so if he did not know the answer, he made sure we had the answer. The financial officer we first met made sure we had the best interest rate and payment we are comfortable with. Than the last person we dealt with, Adam Miller, was amazing and he knew his stuff about numbers. Explained with confidence and understanding. Best of all, his humor was top notch!!!
