Keep all documents on warranty!
Sold me a truck with a 69 day full warranty, service staff was trying to tell me I need to expect to pay 140$ a hour because they aren’t sure they will honor my warranty! I paid every bit of asking price for my truck! They treat you like your complaints aren’t sufficient! I personally got the impression they don’t care about my safety in my vehicle!

We all know how difficult it has become not only find, but purchase a car these days. Ty Grove at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Helena was so wonderful and helpful all the way through the process. They were the only dealer in Montana that had the car I was looking for. So I had to do the whole purchase online and over the phone because I live 3 hours from the dealership. I had my doubts. But everyone that had anything to do with the transaction was fantastic. Kind and knowledgeable. Thank you all for a great car buying experience.

Had an appointment at 8 now 11, looked outside to see my vehicle, went to desk and asked if my car was done, NO, WWE are a little behind I'm told,should take about 1.5 hours to complete. Told service guy this wa BS. I will never bring my car back to this place. Totally incompetent. So guess I'll wait another who knows how long.

Another hour passed.
Another hour, that makes 6 hours to do a 1.5 hour job. Total incompetence. Horrable way to do business.

In 2020 I purchased a new 2500HD Silverado from this dealership. Service had been great until reciently when the engine light came on and it codes to P20c1 on my reader. I've tried to contact service department three times to get it scheduled for warranty service on the DEF system but no call back. Not sure what is going on here but I've scheduled a service appointment with another dealership because this problem will not fix itself and it needs repair before completely fails and leaves me stranded on the side of the road. I cannot fill out the rest of this rating because I haven't been able to talk to anyone.

Supposed to take delivery Monday of a used car I...
Supposed to take delivery Monday of a used car I purchased. Didn't happen because they hadn't even had their shop go through it yet. Tuesday, same thing. Wednesday, done at the shop. I'm I've been waiting OVER 4 hours. They list the keys. My time can be wasted but they can't get a replacement key made. Manager refused, REFUSED to refund my money or give me his name. Think again before doing business with these jerks. And now they treat me like a criminal b cause I refuse to allow them to waste any more of my time. I don't see any men waiting around for them to find keys.
