Outten Chevy of Hamburg

I am so thankful that I came to Outten in Hamburg. I have never bought a car before and was very stressed to find myself in a situation where I had no option but to buy a car following the breakdown of our truck. Scott McShaw was awesome right from the start. He kept me informed of the process the whole way through and wasn't pushy or like your stereotypical salesman. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Scott and Outten - they took all of the fear out of my first car buying experience and made it very fun.

Even though it took longer than expected to install a new horn, the service man was very nice and did the best he could. Thanks!!
