My service was handled in the most professional way and it was a real convenience that someone picked up my truck and I didn't have to wait for it.

Brian was able to help me with an unfortunate situation. He was up front with me from the beginning and I was able to drive off the lot with a brand new car. Really appreciate the time and effort Tonya put forth. She's great! Customer service goes a long way, and they both had it. I liked the way they do business.

My Chevrolet Sonic was at Outten Chevrolet of Hamburg for "first service" and for annual state inspection. I verified information with service advisor Steve and my car was taken into the service area. All services were completed, my car was washed and I was told my car was finished. The service advisor explained what services were provided and asked if I had any questions. I did have one question whiich the service advisor answered to my complete satisfaction. I come from a family of mechanics so I do know a little bit about cars. It was very nice not to be talked down to just because I'm a girl! !

Everyone was friendly, and they even informed me of a recall that I had no knowledge of. The service for both my oil change and the recall issue was quick and thorough.

This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from Outten and i live 52 miles away. Obviously there are dealers closer, but my first experience here was great, so i had to come back. Kevin is my salesman and he did his job and much more. He was knowledgeable, helpful and a great guy to work with. Sometimes a salesman can make you want to run away, fast, but not Kevin. I went to Outten's for my first service call on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. They changed the oil, filter, rotated the tires, and topped off the fluids. The service personnel were very nice and were very prompt. It was a very cold day (18 degrees) and the service tech kept apologizing that they couldn't wash my car because it might freeze up. This is a free service which I didn't expect anyway, but he told me several times that if I was in the area to stop in anytime and they would wash it for me. Very good experience.
